Delivery & Return Policy
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
If the customer is unhappy with a product, we will be happy to exchange it for another item.
Items must be returned by the customer in their original unused condition and packaging within 7 days after the date on which the order was received, enclosing a copy of the invoice.
Return postage, packaging and other costs shall be paid by the customer.
To be eligible for return, your item(including shoes box) must be in original, unused and same condition as you received it. We will not accept a refund or an exchange when your item is worn, washed, damaged or without the attached tags and we will return them back to you at your expense. Please try clothes or shoes carefully in order to keep its initial status, especially the items in delicate materials like silk or leather.
No refunds will be given by chicun.design on products purchased.
Several types of items are exempt from being returned: intimate item including swim wear, perfume, book, CD, DVD.
If you want an exchange, please contact us firstly to get the returning address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
